greatttt!

Well life's been pretty great lately. I went to a corn maze last weekend with my boyfriend and the rest of my family. It was so greattt! we are going to a night one on halloween. i'm so pumped. my family really likes him. which is a plus. i love halloween time it's so fun. i always have fun expecially with my family. at this cornmaze i know we are all going to try and scare the crap out of eachother. its great!

So, I haven't posted in a while. so i thought i'd fill you innn. i'm now a senior in high school. i love it. but i want out ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! life's going pretty great right now. i finally figured what i want to do with my life and who i want involved in my life. i'm really sick of stupid people at school. i really don't enjoy them. they are the reason i hate school so much. so Mr. Ackerman left northview. we are all very upset about that. alot of my friends took creative writing so they could have him as teacher; now they are stuck with what i hear is a very difficult teacher. if he reads this he will probably yell at me for not capitalizing and what not. but it's okay. i don't care. so for im pretty much lovin early childhood right now. the homecoming dance has come and gone. i didn't go i went to the movies instead. i went and saw PARANORMAL ACTIVITIES greatest thing in the whole wide worldd. love love LOVEEEE it. it scared the crap out of me but it was so good. so hopefully i will blog again soon. byeeee !(:

Crap. School is so stressful. I'm probably going to have like a mental break down. I am so stressed out. I have like three projects and to study for exams. This week sucks. Just thought i would let everyone know how stressful high school really is.

So this girl in my Early Childhood class. Her name is Lauren. I try very hard to be her friend. But really, she hates me. I touch her arm, she yells at me. I ask for a piece of paper, she yells at me. In math class she usually makes fun of me everyday. This is really a one way friendship. I am very nice to her, and she laughs at me when bad things happen. THEN she gets mad at me when I'm mean back to her.

This weekend I watched the movie YES MAN. I personally thought it was very funny. Jim Carey did a very good job. I watched another movie as well. The Prestige. That one was amazing. It was a movie that you really had to think about though. In the end it all came together and made sense. Another movie like that is 7 Pounds. SO GOOD. You really have to think though. Will Smith is an amazing actor. We are getting married soon :D

The little mermaid

The little mermaid is my favorite princess of life. The movie is completely amazing. She is a wonderful human being/mer-person. She also has a lovely singing voice. Unfortunately is the most under talked about disney princess ever. She is a better princess than Mulan but everyone talks about her. Belle isn't as cool and Ariel but people still like her. I also think Ariel is just sweet. I think this, because she falls in love with Eric. Eric is amazing. If he were real. We would get married. I also love Scuttle. He's so funny. My favorite song from little mermaid is PART OF YOUR WORLD. It's such an amazing song. I think we should all email Disney and say Ariel needs more publicity.

Mr. Ackerman

So, Mr. Ack. (as I like to call him) Only gives me one high five a year. Well one day I wasn't feel very well and I was completely out of it. He decided it was the day to give me a high five. I didn't know who was sticking their hand out and I flinched. Now he refuses to give me a high five. But luckily, his student teacher gives me high fives. Mr. Ackerman just needs to give in and give me a high five!

Happy Square Root Day

Not many of you know this, but today is Square Root Day. It also happens to be my daddy's birthday. So I know usually when I blog I complain. But today I'm going to talk about turnabout. Turnabout was on saturday and it was completely amazing. I had so much fun hanging out with my friends. Life has actually been really great lately. Anyways, back to Square Root Day. It's Square Root Day, because it's 3-3-09. 3 times 3 equals 9. The square root of 9 is three. Wow, rocket science right? So in creative writing now we are writing children's books. I don't know why, but it is honestly really hard. It's hard to make sure that it is age appropriate. It is also hard to make sure it makes sense. I can not believe next year I am going to be a senior. It's so wierd. I feel like high school went by super fast. Alot of my friends are graduating this year. So, that's kind of a bummer. i actually really like school. I think I am going to miss it when it's over. But i plan on going to BGSU with a bunch of my best friends. So, it shouldn't be too bad. I really hate when people you've never hung out with sign your yearbook " CALL ME THIS SUMMER :D" you know you are not going to call them and they are not going to call you. Sorry this blog is kind of random. But i have not blogged in a while so I need to catch up. School has been hard lately, like the homework. I hate homework. I know every student says that. I hate math expecially. That is my least favorite subject over all. So I don't know if anyone watches the Bachelor, but it was so good last night. First he picked the girl that was so not good for him. Then he picked the good girl in the after show. It was amazing. Also everyone in the world should watch the show Secret Life of an American Teenager. It is so good. I am kind of an addict. Like I said before, sorry this blog is so random.

Obnoxious much???

So, this portfolio thing we have to do is really really hard. I think it should be due NEXT Friday. Give us one more week PLEASE. MR. A I hope you're at home reading this. (Since you are not at school today). These poems are frustrating. I would ask you for help on them... But, unfortunately you are not here. So we should at least have the weekend to work on these. Hilary agrees as well. Along with Colleen. In each of their blogs you can find a similar complaints. Okay sorry. I am done complaining about these poems. MY next complaint about school is how hot it's been in here. Seriously, TURN OFF THE HEAT! It's getting real warm outside. I'm not saying turn on the AC. I'm just saying turn down the heat a bit. Usually I am absolutely freezing in the school. Now it's like 99999 degrees Fahrenheit. You know what's real obnoxious. Well, when you have a set schedule and your brother wakes up a half hour before you with his own schedule and he wakes up late. HE MOVED IN ON MY BATHROOM TIMED!!!! NO! That is not going down LITTLE BROTHER! It's so annoying! We had a bad fight this morning all because HE couldn't WAIT to take a stupid shower! DUMB DUMKB DUMB! Let me tell you. I was sitting there straightening my hair. What does he do. Asks me to leave! NO! i am not leaving. I was tottally there first!

This blog is mostly poems. Her first poem I read was about rocking her baby and how time passes. In the end she says she wants to rock her baby even though he's grown. I'm sure every mother feels that when their baby growns up they still want to rock them and treat them like a child. Parents probably feel time does pass by really fast because they are just watching their child grow up.

Bored

So, I just feel like blogging. So i am going to. Last night was senior night for the wrestlers. It was pretty fun. So I am really bored right now. So I am going to write about life. Life is pretty good lately. Turnabout is in 22 days. I'm pretty excited. I bought my dress last month. So, I've had it for a while. It should be really fun. So now in creative writing we are watching a movie called The Dead Poet's Society. I don't like that movie very much. I think it's kind of boring. On Saturday my parents are leaving for Cancun. I am kind of jelouse. They are only staying for a week. I went there this summer. It was really fun. I got to swim with the dolphins and fun stuff like that. My dad gets it free with his work. I wish I was going with them. I could use a week off of school.
So, I guess that's it for now.

bad day

TOkay so today was a bad day. You'd think it would be a good day. It's my birthday. Instead though. It's pretty sucky. Well, let's start at the begining. I got woken up at 5:30 AM for no reason what's so ever. Then I walked into the school. What happens in front of everyone? I fell. Not even like a graceful fall. A full on flail fall. Then, I just sat there. Like a loser. Then, of course, everyone laughed. So I got up and walked away. Then I saw my friends, and what do I do? I cry. Like a moron. I hate crying in front of people. Today was such a bad day.

My First Poem For Creative Writing

Brave Face

The beautiful girl,

Big perfect smile,

But no one really knows,

The pain she feels inside,

So she puts on a brave face,

To face the world,

She puts on the fake smile every morning,

Acts like nothing is wrong,

Not a care in the world,

If only they could see,

The scars she hids so well,

She laughs loud with her friends,

But her insides are really screaming,

She wants to hug her dear friend,

And tell him everything will be okay,

He made a stupid mistake ,

Trying to take his own life,

Little did he know,

How if he went through with it,

All the people in his life,

Would die a little bit inside,

But know one knows about that,

No one can really understand,

She doesn't want her friends help,

All she wants to do is cry,

So she pushes them away,

But it's all because of the pain she feels inside,

Then he came into her life,

Yes a different boy,

But it seems,

That he can make her smile,

Although she isn't talking to her old friend,

She seems to still be alive,

When just three short months ago,

That didn't seem possible,

This new guy,

Well he's making a difference in her life,

She feels bad for moving on so fast,

But he seems to make her feel better,

to make life okay,

He's rescuing her from this state,

of just going through the motions,

He is absolutely,

Okay, so now I have to critique my poem and tell you the inspirations. This poem is about my friend who tried but fortunately did not succed in killing himself. The girl in this poem is my best friend who was dating the boy. I was really upset when this happened so I decided to write about it.

The last line in this poem was actually an accident. I meant to put armor. But I ended up with Amour, which actually I think makes the poem better. I think this because, the new boy and the girl are kind of dating now. I am actually glad i made that mistake.

This was the first poem that I wrote not for a class. I turned it in for creative writing because I didn't have another poem. This is the first one I wrote with actual meaning. For the first shot I think it's pretty good.

HEY! First Blog! :D

I am Katie, i am a junior at Northview. This blog is for my Creative Writing class. We have to blog all the time. I have never blogged before so I'm not too sure what to write about. I'm not very active in school activities. I am a wrestlerette, that's about it. I keep score for the wrestlers. I plan on becoming a teacher when I am out of Northview. Not a high school teacher. I want to teach pre school. I actually like school though. I think i am going to be sad when I leave. I try really hard at school. But, my grades don't really reflect that. Exams haven't been to great though either. When I go away to college I plan on going to BGSU. It is somewhere far enough away from sylvania but close enough I can drive up on the weekends to visit my family. Uhm, I'm not really sure what to write about any more. So I'll write about my family. I have one brother. He's a freshman in highschool. My family is actually closer than most. We talk about anything and everything.
Well I guess I am finished :D
